At Wellokids Valley Road, we're seeking a dedicated Educational Leader / Assistant Centre Manager to join our leadership team and play a key role in guiding our centre's growth, culture, and quality. Responsibilities

Your role will include

  • Leading and mentoring educators on curriculum, pedagogy, and reflective practice
  • Supporting the Director with compliance, staffing, and family partnerships
  • Ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, inclusive program aligned with EYLF V2.0
  • Fostering a safe, respectful, and empowering learning environment
  • Guiding the team through continuous improvement and QIP initiatives
  • Stepping into the Responsible Person role in the Director's absence
Qualifications

What we're looking for

  • A Bachelor or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
  • 3+ years leadership experience in Early Childhood Education
  • A current WWCC, First Aid, Asthma/Anaphylaxis, and Child Protection training
  • Confident leadership, strong communication, and mentoring skills
  • Passion for supporting a high-performing team and delivering best outcomes for children
