Product Manager - Transaction Savings Products

Location: Sydney, Australia (Hybrid work pattern)

The Product Manager will drive the delivery of our solutions. This role is essential in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products from inception, product launch, and ongoing support and monitoring of key product metrics through to end of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Product Strategy: Support the development and maintenance of the product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer needs and gather feedback.
  • Product Roadmap Execution: Manage the product roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaboration: Work with technical teams to translate product vision into actionable tasks.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather feedback and understand their needs.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Prototyping and Testing: Collaborate with design teams to produce and test prototypes, identify weaknesses, and obtain client feedback.
Skills and Experience:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in product management within the SaaS industry.
  • Domain Expertise: Understanding of product domain, market landscape, and customer requirements.
  • Technical Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with technical teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with software development processes, Jira, and Aha.
