Direct message the job poster from Capstone Recruitment Specialist across Investment, Funds Management, Capital Markets and Direct Property We are working with a leading institutional property platform that's looking to appoint a Senior Transaction Manager to help lead the execution of major real estate transactions.
This is a key role within a high-performing investment and capital transactions team that manages a national office portfolio and works closely with major capital partners.
The firm has a strong track record of acquisitions, divestments, and development across Australia's core CBD markets — and they're looking for a senior dealmaker with strong execution capability and commercial acumen.
The Role: In this role, you'll lead end-to-end execution of real estate transactions, working closely with senior internal stakeholders across investment, asset management, legal, and development.
You'll play a critical role in shaping the portfolio through capital deployment, asset sales, and strategic initiatives.
Drive execution of acquisitions, divestments, and structured transactions.
Manage negotiations, commercial terms, and due diligence processes.
Build and review financial models and investment analysis.
Prepare investment committee papers and presentation materials.
Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external advisors, and capital partners.
Provide strategic input into portfolio planning and market positioning.
The Candidate: 7+ years' experience in real estate transactions, capital markets, corporate finance, or private equity Deep understanding of commercial property (office exposure ideal).
Strong execution track record across complex, high-value transactions.
Excellent financial modelling and commercial analysis skills.
Confident communicator with strong influencing ability.
Degree-qualified in Property, Finance, Commerce, Law, or a related field.
