About the Role:

We are seeking a Data Migration Lead specializing in SAP HR SuccessFactors.

In this role, you will:

  • Actively engage in both new and ongoing implementations, utilizing the latest technology and tools.
  • Ensure seamless data transitions from SAP HCM and other systems to SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Leverage your deep subject matter expertise and leadership abilities to ensure successful data migration outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Triage and manage data migration projects, overseeing the entire process from initiation to completion.
  • Facilitate design workshops involving multiple stakeholders, driving functional requirement documentation with a focus on data migration.
  • Configure and migrate SuccessFactors systems to align with client business necessities, including data from SAP HCM and other sources.
  • Manage and resolve client data migration issues and defects effectively using excellent problem-solving and presentation skills.
  • Identify and implement innovative data migration strategies and solutions to address business gaps and challenges.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and training for end-users, covering data migration procedures and troubleshooting.

The Successful Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven track record in team leadership, stakeholder management, organizational change management, process design, planning, project management, and execution of build-to-deploy activities, particularly those involving data migration.
  • In-depth understanding of core data structures and data flows in SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and other relevant systems, with a focus on migration pathways.
  • Familiarity with HCM business processes and SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and other systems, with a strong emphasis on data migration.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide tailored data migration solutions to business requirements.
  • Excellent written, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in fast-paced environments with a focus on successful data migration.
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest trends in SuccessFactors, particularly in data migration.
  • Motivation to make a significant impact and embrace new opportunities with enthusiasm, especially in data migration scenarios.
  • Australian citizenship and eligibility to obtain an AGSVA baseline security clearance.
