Are you highly organised, confident with numbers, and ready to make your mark in a dynamic real estate office? We're on the lookout for an Accounts & Sales Administrator to join our fast-paced, friendly team in Broome.

Responsibilities

Accounts payable/receivable & payroll

BAS & superannuation support

Trust accounting

Sales admin & contract processing

Marketing and social media support

General office organisation and systems

Qualifications

1+ year experience in admin/accounts (MYOB preferred)

Strong computer skills (Office 365 essential)

Detail-focused, proactive, and a great communicator

Experience in real estate or trust accounting a bonus

Applicants based in Broome or with accommodation in place will be highly regarded

Flexible Opportunity:

While this is advertised as a full-time position, we're open to the possibility of splitting the role into two part-time positions for the right candidates. If you have experience in either finance/accounts or sales/admin support, we'd love to hear from you.
