Our small and friendly team are what make this experience full of long-lasting memories.About the RolesBe a part of the Merlin magic by joining us as casual Food & Beverage Attendants at Otway Fly Treetop Adventures.

As an F&B Attendant, at Otway Fly Treetop Adventures, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service, upselling, take orders, operate the till and make coffee – all while delivering a fantastic and memorable experience for our guests.Please note that these roles require weekend and school holiday availability.About YouAs the ideal candidate for these roles, you will have a passion for guest experience, with a focus on fun. You will also be proactive in your approach to customer service with a positive attitude towards interaction with our guests and upselling techniques. Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, but a desire to work in the entertainments industry is essential.This is a fast paced, guest facing environment- no two days are the same. Consequently, you are a strong communicator and are able to build rapport across the business. Your ability to have a flexible and adaptable approach along with demonstrated planning, organisational and time management skills are desired.
