Job Summary

The goal of the Bartender is to deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing timely service and preparing a variety of beverages and food items.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality service to guests while preparing tableside beverages and food.
  • Process cash and credit card transactions accurately at the Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and establishing loyalty.
  • Mix well-balanced cocktails and shots according to standard recipes.
  • Act as an ambassador for the venue, promoting its products and services to the target audience.
  • Collect customer information for database purposes and continually work to expand personal clientele.
  • Meet marketing requirements established by management, adhering to the Company's Marketing Requirement Plan.
  • Prepare all products according to established venue recipes, focusing on portion control and quality.
  • Exhibit and execute comprehensive knowledge of the venue's sequence of service and sales techniques.
  • Provide each customer with a detailed bill and secure payment according to established procedures.
  • Anticipate customer needs and assist team members when possible, working with a sense of urgency.
  • Communicate with management, VIP hosts, and service teams to resolve customer concerns and incidents.
  • Ensure assigned areas, side stations, tables, and POS terminals are clean and well-stocked at all times.
  • Collaborate with support teams to maintain inventory levels at established par values.
  • Adhere to all established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Maintain exceptional customer service skills and high service standards in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a high-volume, service-focused restaurant or nightclub.
  • Previous cocktail serving experience in a high-volume nightclub environment is preferred.
  • Must possess a valid alcohol awareness card and health department card.
  • Self-motivated individuals who continuously strive to improve skills and knowledge are ideal candidates.
  • Fluency in the English language, both written and spoken, is essential; multilingual skills are a plus.
  • Previous modeling experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, champagne, and mixed cocktails is mandatory.
  • Ability to mix well-balanced cocktails and shots is a requirement.
  • Proficiency in operating point-of-sale systems is necessary.
