Are you a hands-on, visionary IT leader ready to make your mark on a global scale? We're partnering with a leading international product and distribution business that services some of the biggest names in retail and department stores around the world. As they continue to scale and modernise, they're searching for a Head of IT to spearhead technology transformation across the region.

This is not your average IT leadership role. You'll be both the guardian of day-to-day IT operations and the architect of a future-ready tech landscape.

Key responsibilities
  • Overseeing IT operations including helpdesk, troubleshooting, hardware and software support in an initial hands on capacity.
  • Driving a strategic regional technology transformation program
  • Leading the transition from legacy systems to modern, scalable technology platforms
  • Identifying new opportunities to enhance efficiency, scalability, and innovation
  • Directly managing a local team of up to 10 IT professionals
  • Owning and optimising enterprise-level ERP or similar system implementations
