As the Centre Director, you will:

  • Recruit and mentor staff
  • Ensure high-quality communication with parents and families
  • Work with the leadership team to foster a sense of belonging and community

Desired criteria:

  • Director or higher management experience
  • Business performance skills, including KPI and budget management
  • Knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and Exceeding Themes
  • Understanding of the National Law and Regulations
  • Passion for providing high-quality educational programs
  • Adaptive leadership style
  • Commitment to team engagement and a positive work culture
  • Mentoring and inspiring team members
  • Ability to build partnerships with families and communities
  • Diploma in Early Education or Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood Teaching (please specify qualification details in your application)
  • Working with Children Check registration and First Aid certification
