Currently, Magnus Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Wall and Floor Tiler in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Tasmania, and Perth.

About the Role

The Wall and Floor Tiler will be responsible for preparing surfaces to be tiled, selecting and cutting tiles to fit, preparing and applying adhesives, laying tiles, and applying grouting and sealants. The individual will also interpret plans, prepare work areas by removing old tiles, and waterproof tiles using specialised products and techniques.

About You

The ideal candidate is a professional and energetic individual motivated to excel and seek new opportunities. They should be organised, reliable, ethical, and honest.

  • Hold a minimum qualification of Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling (CPC31311) or an equivalent qualification.
  • Possess a Construction Induction Card (White Card).
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Have a Working with Children's Check.
  • Access to personal tools.
  • Required licences and accreditation to work as a Plumber in your state or territory.
  • Experience with tasks not commonly encountered in daily work.
  • Consider specialising, such as becoming a flat roof or metal roof plumber for commercial buildings.
