Thrive is a leading independent public relations agency in Australia and New Zealand. The Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated team player, with solid People & Culture experience, knowledge and background. Experience in a Public Relations Agency or similar will be a real advantage.
- Working closely with location MDs, the CEO and the Finance/Ops team to implement our People & Community strategy
- You will be part of all the key People practices:
- Talent Acquisition
- International Communication
- Orientation/onboarding
- Performance framework
- Lifecycle administration
- Cultural initiatives
- Oversight of our HRIS with our National Admin Manager (in Melbourne)
- Oversight of OH&S and other workplace compliance requirements
- Community advocacy & engagement programs
About You:
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, psychology or related - a communications/PR qualification with some HR related experience will be considered
- 3-4 years People & Culture advisor experience in small to medium sized organisations
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Ability to build positive working relationships
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Creative thinker - ability to leverage being an independent consultancy with an attitude that we are 'limited by nothing' on our quest to develop careers and look after our people and community
- Ability to exercise initiative and work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong communication skills - excellent writer
- PR/Media/Advertising Agency or similar industry
