About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional academic to join our team as a Lecturer or Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management. The successful candidate will contribute to teaching, research, and industry engagement in the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) Capability Framework.

The role involves delivering innovative learning experiences, engaging in impactful research, and building industry partnerships. We are looking for someone who is passionate about education and research, and has a strong track record in teaching and curriculum development.

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and coordinate curriculum innovation in Human Resource Management.
  • Contribute to research excellence through publishing in top-tier journals and leading externally funded research projects.
  • Build relationships across academia and industry, representing the School across academic and professional forums.
What You'll Bring
  • PhD in Human Resource Management or a closely related field.
  • Strong track record in teaching and curriculum development, with demonstrated potential for leadership in pedagogy and subject design.
  • Publishing in top-tier journals, with a strong understanding of the AHRI Capability Framework.
  • Experience in building relationships across academia and industry, with a collegial and collaborative approach.
