Whether you're just starting out or bringing years of experience, this is your chance to work on exciting infrastructure and civil projects that matter.
What You'll Be Doing- Using Stop/Slow bat to direct traffic around worksites and events
- Setting up and monitoring traffic guidance schemes and signage
- Conducting pre-starts and vehicle/equipment checks
- Completing hazard assessments and worksite documentation
- Identifying and reporting near misses or safety concerns
- Ensuring the safety of all road users, including pedestrians and cyclists
- Collaborating with crew leaders, clients, and safety auditors
- Essential: QLD TC – Traffic Control License
- Highly Desirable: QLD TMI – Traffic Management Implementation License
- Valid driver's license and reliable transport
- Flexible availability for day, night, and weekend shifts
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication skills with a focus on safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Weekly Pay – Get paid on time, every week

- TMI Sign-On Bonus – Earn up to $2,000 (paid over 10 months with shift targets)
