Whether you're just starting out or bringing years of experience, this is your chance to work on exciting infrastructure and civil projects that matter.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Using Stop/Slow bat to direct traffic around worksites and events
  • Setting up and monitoring traffic guidance schemes and signage
  • Conducting pre-starts and vehicle/equipment checks
  • Completing hazard assessments and worksite documentation
  • Identifying and reporting near misses or safety concerns
  • Ensuring the safety of all road users, including pedestrians and cyclists
  • Collaborating with crew leaders, clients, and safety auditors
What We're Looking For
  • Essential: QLD TC – Traffic Control License
  • Highly Desirable: QLD TMI – Traffic Management Implementation License
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transport
  • Flexible availability for day, night, and weekend shifts
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on safety
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
