Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Perth, WA. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategic partnerships. Tasks will include market research, lead generation, sales presentations, contract negotiations, and working closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in business development and lead generation
  • Strong skills in sales presentations, contract negotiations, and client relationship management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform market research and develop strategic plans
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the utilities, arbor, construction, or rail industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
