As the Assistant Director of Green Leaves Early Learning Mawson Lakes, your role is key in building a positive, warm, fun and welcoming culture where our Green Leaves Commitments are embedded across all that we do You will use your masterful leadership skills to support the Centre Director in the day-to-day operations and successful running of the Centre, guide the team in the development and delivery of high-quality programs that inspire and nurture young minds, and actively mentor and develop the team around best practice.

About You:
  • An ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or higher
  • A current SA Working with Children's Check (or willing to obtain)
  • Current SA Child Protection Training (or willing to obtain)
  • Current HLTAID012 First Aid Certificate and CPR (or willing to obtain)
  • Police Check Completed Within the Last 6 Months (or willing to obtain)
  • Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (Or willing to obtain)
  • PRODA Registration Number (or willing to obtain)
