  • 1-2 years in a Recruitment Consultant capacity ideally within the technology sector
  • Proven business development and 'hunter' mentality.
  • Driven, energetic, and highly motivated.
  • Strong ability to source, qualify, and place candidates.
  • Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and building lasting relationships.
  • Passionate about improving recruitment efficiency.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
