What You'll Be Doing:

  • Inspire and leada passionate showroom team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and exceed sales targets.
  • Coach and developyour team on the floor—lifting quote conversions, increasing average sale value, and fostering genuine customer connections.
  • Own the day-to-dayshowroom operations, ensuring every detail runs smoothly—from presentation to performance metrics.
  • Drive growthacross retail and trade channels through proactive outreach and strategic local engagement.
  • Collaboratewith our in-house design team to offer tailored solutions and elevate every customer journey.
  • Lead with style, bringing trend awareness, product knowledge, and a sharp eye for beautiful showroom merchandising.
