Are you a natural people person with a flair for design and a passion for premium products? Love helping customers bring their vision to life? This is your opportunity to lead the QUEENSLAND showroom of one of Australia's most trusted names in timber flooring.

We're looking for a confident, motivated and experienced Showroom Manager to become the welcoming face and driving force of our Queensland-based showroom.

Tongue & Groove is an Australian leader in premium engineered timber flooring, renowned for pioneering solid European oak boards with a unique three-layer construction.

With showrooms in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane, and supporting projects across Australia and globally. Backed by over 50 years of industry experience, we work closely with top architects and designers to deliver flooring that's strong, sustainable, and beautifully crafted — all while staying true to our commitment to the timeless appeal of European oak.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead day-to-day showroom operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and design advice to homeowners, designers and builders.
  • Oversee showroom sales from inquiry to order and follow-up.
  • Liaise with team members and warehouse teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience in retail, showroom or interior sales (flooring or building products a bonus).
  • Confident, approachable and customer-focused attitude.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Maintain an immaculate presentation of our luxury showroom and product displays.
  • A passion for design and helping customers bring spaces to life.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and design advice to homeowners, designers and builders.
  • Comfortable with CRM and basic digital tools.
