About The Role

BaptistCare is seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator – Events & Activation to help bring our Retirement Living brand to life through engaging events and impactful marketing initiatives.

As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a key role in:

Planning and coordinating events such as sales launches, expos, and community activations
Managing logistics, supplier liaison, and on-site execution
Supporting promotional strategies to drive lead generation and brand visibility
Coordinating marketing materials and digital campaigns across our village portfolio
Contributing to market research, campaign reporting, and stakeholder engagement

This role is a fixed term full time role for 12 months, based at our Norwest office with hybrid and flexible working conditions available.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Experienced in campaign coordination, event delivery, and content production
Highly organised, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
Tertiary qualified in marketing, communications or equivalent experience
Comfortable with travelling around the state and interstate.
