Reporting to the Service Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensure communication between the service counter and technicians
- Ensure that Technicians' work is checked off prior to leaving the workshop
- Assist with driveway diagnostics, e.g., fault finding on road tests with customers
- Put the Customer Experience at the centre of all activity

About you:
- Valid Australian Licence (experience in driving manual vehicles preferred)
- Must hold Mechanical Trade Qualification
- Ability to lead and work well within a small team
- Moderate level of technical competence
- Honesty and reliability with a 'can do attitude'
- Ability to solve problems
- Prioritise work tasks
- Meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure
