About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, organised and enthusiastic Workshop Controller to join our Lonsdale team who will be the responsible for providing guidance throughout our workshop.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the workshopMonitor the progression of jobs throughout the day to ensure timely completion.Scheduling of workshop job basic of customer requirements and workshop capacity Conduct Quality Control and perform final inspections of vehicle prior to collection.Explain technical issues to non-technical customers and stakeholders.Providing guidance to both apprentices and technicians

About You

This role is a great opportunity for a qualified and experienced technician looking to come off the tools, learn new skills and provide support throughout the workshop.

Previous experience in similar role (desirable).A sound understanding of workflow in a busy workshop. Strong understanding of Heavy Diesel Mechanic.Excellent time management skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks with conflicting timelines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.A proactive mindset and a desirable to always improve processes and outcomes.
