The Role

Our NSW Professional Services business at PERSOL is growing, and we're on the lookout for an experienced Consultant to be part of our expanding team in Seven Hills. We're seeking a results driven professional who thrives on building strong client relationships, driving performance, and delivering exceptional candidate care. Your background in recruitment or sales paired with your confidence in business development and cold calling will position you for success as we grow our presence in the market.

• Proactively approach and engage with both existing and potential clients through weekly client meetings and targeted sales calls
• Drive business development through cold calls, onsite client meetings, and virtual meetings via Teams
• Continuously seek opportunities to expand your market share, grow your desk, and increase revenue
• Drive business growth through market mapping, reverse marketing, and new business development
• Manage a database of active and passive job seekers, ensuring excellent candidate care
• Source and connect with candidates using a full LinkedIn Recruiter license and Seek Talent Search access
• Respond efficiently to job orders by matching and submitting suitable candidates
• Partner with internal teams and national clients to manage contracts and ensure smooth operations
• Collaborate with PERSOL National Account Managers to align on client needs and strategic goals

• You have proven experience in 360° recruitment, including a strong focus on new business development
• You possess high level problem solving skills and maintain a solution focused approach, navigating challenges with creativity and resilience.
• You're driven, proactive, and motivated by the opportunity to grow your desk and increase your earnings
• Building relationships comes naturally to you and you're a strong communicator who thrives on connecting with people
