Aftersales Manager — Nissan, Stirling
Salary up to £40,000. OTE £50,000. Company Car.
- Develop After-Sales Plans & Budgets: Create and execute after-sales strategies and budgets to achieve financial, marketing, and sales goals.
- Lead & Motivate Team: Manage and inspire a team of after-sales professionals to deliver excellent customer service and meet departmental targets.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints quickly and effectively.
- Operational Efficiency: Oversee the smooth operation of the after-sales department, including service reception, workshop, parts management, and inventory control.
- Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Ensure compliance with regulations, monitor profitability, and collaborate with other departments to optimise processes and stay updated on industry trends.
Pay: Up to £50,000 per year. Company car, Company pension, Cycle to work scheme, Employee discount, Store discount.
