Aftersales Manager — Nissan, Stirling
Salary up to £40,000. OTE £50,000. Company Car.

Role Overview
  • Develop After-Sales Plans & Budgets: Create and execute after-sales strategies and budgets to achieve financial, marketing, and sales goals.
  • Lead & Motivate Team: Manage and inspire a team of after-sales professionals to deliver excellent customer service and meet departmental targets.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints quickly and effectively.
  • Operational Efficiency: Oversee the smooth operation of the after-sales department, including service reception, workshop, parts management, and inventory control.
  • Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Ensure compliance with regulations, monitor profitability, and collaborate with other departments to optimise processes and stay updated on industry trends.

  • Experience: Automotive Aftersales Management: 1 year (required)
  • Licence/Certification: Driving Licence (required)
