About the role :

Are you a seasoned SAP Supply Chain Principal ready to take on a game-changing role? This is your chance to lead, innovate, and shape SAP systems that drive success in our inbound supply chain, stores, inventory management, and procurement functions.

What You'll Do :

As our Principal SAP Supply Chain functional lead, you'll be at the helm of transforming processes. You'll have :

  • Commitment to drive innovation and lead improvement through its delivery life cycle.
  • Excellent business acumen within procure-to-pay and inbound supply chain processes, proactively addressing business challenges with functional solutions.
  • Expertise in SAP functional configuration, proactively driving continuous improvement across the business.
  • Team-oriented with strong collaborative skills, able to work closely with others in harmonising processes and injecting value into the business through functional improvements.
  • Expert in SAP process optimisation with the ability to drive initiatives and deliver intuitive solutions for business improvement.
  • Deliver best practice business functional solutions prioritising quality, cost, and time as key measures.
  • Lead innovations from design, analysis to implementation to enhance business efficiency and productivity within the supply chain.
What You Bring :
  • 10+ years of SAP functional experience, with strong expertise in supply chain and procurement.
  • Proficient in and recent experience with SAP ECC, with expertise in SAP S/4HANA and Ariba advantageous.
  • Strong configuration and functional/technical specification experience.
  • Strong track record of handling complex and evolving project requirements.
  • Change management skills – you have strong results in environments of continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders.
