Responsibilities
  • As a Team Leader, you'll support the Residential Supervisor and oversee daily operations across our Forest Hill and Ringwood homes.
  • Coordinating staff rosters
  • Maintaining quality and compliance standards
  • Conducting monthly audits of care plans
  • Monitoring staff training and compliance modules
  • Supporting clients at medical appointments
  • Ensuring accurate medication charting
