Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with product information, registration for courses, and navigating online resources.
  • Provide information on our personal development programs and help in selection of the best options for their needs.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and feedback in our CRM system.
  • Attend weekly live webinars and collaborate with internal teams in continuous company improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles, ideally in the personal development, education, or wellness industry.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve issues.
  • Strong computer skills, including familiarity with CRM systems and office software.
