EBAS Group is partnering with a powerhouse in marketing technology, a company that's scaling at an unprecedented pace—doubling both headcount and revenue in the next three years.
This isn't just another consulting role—it's an opportunity to shape customer experience strategies for major brands across the APAC region, collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive meaningful business outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing:- Partnering with customers to deeply understand their business goals, translating these insights into impactful customer experience strategies.
- Providing expert advice on customer engagement, personalization, marketing automation, and omnichannel best practices.
- Leveraging data-driven insights and industry trends to develop and present strategic recommendations.
- Collaborating with internal teams (Service Sales, Customer Success, Services, Product) to ensure seamless execution and maximize platform adoption.
- Conducting workshops, training sessions, and presentations to empower customers in maximizing the value of SAP Emarsys solutions.
- Overseeing project execution, ensuring projects remain aligned with strategic outcomes and delivering measurable results.
- 4-5 years of experience in Customer Engagement/Marketing Cloud solutions or digital marketing agency/consultancy roles.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation technology and designing customer engagement projects (e-commerce & retail preferred).
- Exceptional relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and loyalty marketing frameworks.
- Technical acumen, with the ability to discuss integrations, data, APIs, and BI reporting confidently.
