Your Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the delivery of high-quality special education services across the school.
  • Collaborate with staff, families, and external agencies to develop and implement inclusive practices.
  • Support and mentor teachers to differentiate curriculum and instruction for diverse learning needs.
  • Use data to drive individualised planning and school-wide improvement in student achievement and engagement.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Proven experience in special education and inclusive practices.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and staff.
  • Expertise in case management, support plan development, and compliance with disability standards.

Requirements
  • Current Working with Children Clearance (blue card) issued by Blue Card Services is required for regulated employment.
