One of our Federal Government clients is looking for a Test Lead in Sydney.

We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in data-focused testing roles, with at least 2 years in a test leadership or coordination capacity.
  • Strong expertise in SQL and hands-on experience testing data pipelines and transformations.
  • Proven track record in data migration projects, ideally involving Databricks or similar cloud-based data platforms.
  • Solid understanding of modern data architectures (e.g., data lakes, Delta Lake, medallion architecture).
  • Experience managing testing efforts across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
