The opportunity

Our HR team is central to our operations. We're seeking an HR superstar to join as a Senior HR Coordinator. You'll be part of an experienced, high-performing team supporting diverse HR activities across the employee lifecycle, including contracts, onboarding, probation, database management, reporting, culture, engagement, and offboarding. You'll also work on HR projects, including an upcoming HRIS system implementation.

We seek someone who thrives in a positive, fast-paced environment, is inquisitive, and customer-focused. This role offers a genuine opportunity to grow into an HR Generalist, supporting all aspects of the employee cycle as our business expands. Ideally, you will have experience or interest in employee relations and performance management. You should be well-organized, detail-oriented, and driven to complete tasks efficiently. This full-time position is preferably based in our Adelaide office.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
  • At least 2 years of HR Admin/Coordinator experience in Australia
  • Vocational or tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field (desirable)
  • Experience with HR systems and good IT/Tech skills
  • Understanding of Australian employment legislation
  • Enthusiastic, approachable, with a 'can do' attitude
  • Ability to prioritize and work within tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with discretion and trustworthiness
