About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team in Murarrie. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, processing orders, supporting sales representatives, and collaborating with manufacturing and warehouse teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders via phone and respond to inquiries with accurate information.
- Process orders efficiently, ensuring adherence to guidelines, charges, and cancellation policies.
- Make follow-up calls for sales and service, updating customers on order status and assisting with inquiries.
- Support customers at the service counter, including order placement, collection, repairs, and replacements.
- Participate in training sessions and share knowledge with team members.
- Assist sales with relevant information and coordinate with manufacturing and warehouse teams to resolve issues and improve service.
- Ensure operational excellence by following company guidelines, completing documentation accurately, and resolving customer complaints per policies.
About You
Ideal candidates will have:
- Previous experience in customer service, order processing, or similar roles.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-focused mindset with proactive service approach.
- Experience with CRM systems or order management tools is advantageous.
