Job Role: Administration and Customer Service Officer
You will play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer interactions as an Administration and Customer Service Officer. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service and building positive relationships with clients.
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
  • Managing bookings and tracking freight schedules.
  • Performing administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate data and records.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth processes.
  • Prioritizing workload during busy periods to meet deadlines.
  • Acting as a problem-solver by identifying and implementing process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven customer service and administration experience in a logistics or office setting.
  • Previous experience using systems such as SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and freight software platforms.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • The ability to work well independently and in a collaborative team environment.
