About the role :

As the first point of contact, you'll handle face-to-face and telephone customer interactions, managing sales, enquiries, and order preparation. Dive into a dynamic role with diverse daily responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities :

Counter sales and enquiriesEntering sales orders / answering telephone enquiriesProviding customer quotes, order status updates, lead times etc.Picking and packing of orders, cutting material using an up-cut sawOperating forklifts for loading / unloading of trucksVetting ordersProduct support to customers.

About You

You will be a self-motivated person who enjoys working in a high-performance culture. To be considered applicants MUST have :

a reliable work history with a good attitude to safetyhold a forklift LF licencemedium level computer literacythe ability to express yourself clearly and concisely.

Applicants must also be prepared to undertake a pre-employment medical inclusive of drug and alcohol test.
