Store Person
About the role :
Our Store Persons prioritize safety, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. They are proactive in maintaining a presentable and safe warehouse, and take pride in accurately picking, packing, and dispatching stock orders promptly.
Duties include :
- Pick, pack, and dispatch orders
- Meet deadlines
- Provide customer service
- Assist the team as needed
- Organize the storeroom and ensure safety
- Contribute to a safety-first culture, ensuring safety is everyone's priority
This role involves lifting, bending, climbing, and safe driving/machine operation.
Who we're looking for :
- Previous warehouse experience focusing on receivables and dispatching
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Current driver's license and forklift license (advantageous)
- Physical ability to lift up to 20kg
- Commitment to safety and strong teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn
- Good communication and organizational skills
- A passion for excellence and continuous improvement
