Overview

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop, brief and execute best-practice marketing campaigns that cut through in a competitive media landscape.
  • Act as brand custodian for key platforms including ABC TV and ABC iview, ensuring marketing efforts are effective and aligned with the ABC's values and strategic objectives.
  • Shape how ABC stories reach and resonate with audiences across Australia, with a focus on screen content—including Entertainment, Drama, Indigenous, Comedy, Factual, Arts & Specialist.

About You

You're a self-motivated, content-loving marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a strong understanding of strategic brand management and how to put it into action. With a deep knowledge of linear broadcasting, online content platforms, and ABC content, you'll combine audience insights, research and industry trends to create campaigns that put audiences first.


Your expertise spans end-to-end campaign management—from strategy and execution to budget management, tracking and reporting. You bring highly developed project management skills and a proven ability to lead teams, mentor colleagues and build strong stakeholder relationships. Analytical, creative and solutions-focused, you'll be adept at adapting strategies to suit an ever-changing media environment, including social media and digital platforms.
