We have several exciting opportunities for casual staff members to join our team in at Otway Fly Treetop Adventures.

Nestled amongst the beautiful landscape of the Otway's, our Treetop Walk and Zipline is a stunning experience for all our visitors. Our small and friendly team are what make this experience full of long-lasting memories

About the Roles

All of our roles are focused on ensuring that our guests are having the most amazing experiences, and here at Merlin we have a real focus on FUN Our team members are the friendly welcoming faces of Otway Fly, ensuring that all guests receive the best customer service from start to finish.

As a Guest Services Host, your duties include but are not limited to maximising all sales within the department outlets (tickets, retail and food & beverage), using up-selling and promotional tools provided; meeting daily tasks and sales targets set by management; and ensuring cleanliness of outlets and surrounding areas.

Please note that all roles will be required to work some weekends and school holidays.

About You

The ideal candidate for any of these roles will have a passion for guest experience and creating magical memories for our customers. They will be proactive in their approach to customer service with a positive attitude towards interaction with our guests and upselling techniques.
