THE ROLE :

Are you an early bird eager to showcase your exceptional guest service skills and coffee-making expertise? We are looking for a passionate Team Leader to oversee our Breakfast operations within CC's Bar and Grill.

ABOUT YOU :

You deliver an experience beyond guest expectations, easily welcoming guests, sharing your knowledge of Cairns, and managing smooth service effortlessly.

Your talents include :

  • A passionate food and beverage professional with proven experience in a café or restaurant, including barista skills.
  • A master at creating memorable, warm guest experiences, with personality and charm.
  • A team player thriving in a fast-paced environment, championing guest satisfaction through teamwork.
  • An invested team member contributing to a positive work ethic, ensuring a safe and efficient breakfast service.
  • Availability to work 4-5 days per week with early mornings.
