The Company

The Role

This new venue requires a Chef de Partie and a Breakfast Chef, both who will play a key role in this kitchen. You will be guided by the Head Chef in the kitchen to maintain a high culinary standard at all times, providing consistent quality meals. You will be required to manage your own sections assigned to you and contribute to the smooth running of a service. With your experience you will ensure that other staff are supported in their daily duties of running a kitchen, keeping it clean, tidy and presented well. Your daily duties will also include being involved with stock ordering and receiving goods for the kitchen.



Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will be required to have but not limited to the following attributes.

  • Proven experience in modern kitchens and modern cooking practices
  • Takes ownership, has excellent time management and ability to work under pressure
  • Proven experience in running your own section and assisting others in the kitchen
  • Strong communication, team player, good attitude, strong work ethic
  • Relevant Qualifications in Commercial Cookery and food safety
