THE ROLE:

Crystalbrook Vincent is seeking a collaborative, customer-obsessed Food & Beverage Supervisor specializing in Conference & Events. The successful candidate will support our vibrant team in providing elevated experiences for our guests. Reporting to senior Food & Beverage leadership, your passion for food and drink knowledge will be essential. You will assist in leading the team and creating unforgettable experiences that encourage guest return.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Creating an outstanding employment experience for our Food and Beverage team members.
  2. Leading by example and championing our guiding principles.
  3. Providing warm and genuine service experiences.
  4. Responding to requests and concerns professionally and coaching your team accordingly.
  5. Providing on-the-job coaching and training to the Food & Drink guides.
ABOUT YOU:

You should demonstrate:

  1. Significant experience in premium restaurant, bar, conference, and events environments.
  2. A passion for high-quality service in the hospitality industry.
  3. Experience leading a high-performing team.
  4. A passion for developing others.
  5. Great attention to detail and anticipation of guest needs.
  6. Knowledge of service sequences, conference and events operations, and product knowledge.
  7. Willingness to undertake ad-hoc duties as required.
  8. Ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  9. A confident, engaging, guest-focused personality.
  10. Valid Queensland RSA certification.
  11. Availability across various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
