The Nilands bring their bold, innovative dining vision to the Whitsundays, where exceptional cuisine meets warm, family-friendly hospitality.We're looking for enthusiastic and professional Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our Front of House team at Catseye Pool Club Restaurant and help deliver unforgettable experiences in one of Australia's most stunning locations.About The Sundays:The Sundays is a new luxury boutique hotel on Hamilton Island, designed to bring the essence of relaxed Sundays to life.

With refined interiors, elevated dining, and personalised service, Catseye Pool Club blends laid-back luxury with heartfelt hospitality in a world-class setting.About the Opportunity:As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you'll oversee daily service operations across our premium restaurant and bar.
You'll lead by example – mentoring and motivating the team to deliver warm, polished service that reflects the essence of The Sundays.Your RoleSupervise front-of-house operations to ensure smooth, high-quality serviceLead, mentor, and support the team to foster a positive work environmentDeliver exceptional guest experiences, anticipating needs and going above expectationsUphold high standards of food and beverage service, including wine knowledge and cocktail excellenceTrain staff in service techniques, guest engagement, and product understandingEnsure compliance with RSA requirements and safety protocolsMaintain high hygiene and presentation standards throughout the venueWhat we're looking forPrevious leadership or supervisory experience in a high-end restaurant, luxury hotel, or fine dining venueA passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiencesStrong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and train a teamSolid wine service knowledge and awareness of current food and beverage trendsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesCalm under pressure with a polished and professional demeanourRSA certification or willingness to obtain prior to startingWhy you'll love working with us Hamilton Island is Australia's tropical island in the heart of the reat Barrier Reef - easily accessed via direct flights or ferry transfers.
