Overview

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure high standards of quality and guest experience.
  • Coach, train, and empower team members to deliver excellent service.
  • Manage the restaurant's P&L, costs, and performance metrics in partnership with leadership.
  • Uphold brand standards and company procedures across all shifts.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-energy setting
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities and collaborate on actionable strategies with the team
  • Previous success in meeting KPI's
  • Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
