• Coordinate faculty marketing activities for the Faculty of Theology and Philosophy, and support the marketing of other university-wide programs.
• Join a national team to deliver high-quality marketing and student recruitment activities.
• Provide operational marketing support as part of the Faculty Marketing Business Partners team; collaborate with the Faculty Professional Services Hub to support brand management, awareness, and profile raising, marketing, promotion and student recruitment efforts.

Operating within Future Students, the Faculty Marketing Coordinator will support marketing and student recruitment across multiple ACU faculty programs. The successful candidate will dedicate 0.5 FTE (17.5 hours per week) to working with the Faculty Professional Services Hub to support the Faculty of Theology and Philosophy, and the remaining 0.5 FTE (17.5 hours per week) will support new product or program marketing across other academic or business units, collaborating with a team of Faculty Marketing Business Partners to provide operational marketing support as required.

The role requires an understanding of the Faculty they support and the marketing activities and processes to provide high-quality, timely service. The role involves developing marketing and recruitment plans to define key markets, identify challenges and opportunities, and recommend a program of activity aligned with faculty priorities and enrolment targets.

• Total remuneration valued to $124,509 - $134,699 total rem (pro rata) per annum, including salary component $105,212 - $113,823 (pro rata) per annum (HEW 7), employer superannuation contribution, and annual leave loading.
• 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
• Annual leave loading equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata, dependent on commencement date.
