Insight Early Learning Southlakes, located approximately 5 hours from Sydney is seeking an Early Learning Manager to guide our centre through two extended maternity leave periods—with the exciting possibility of a permanent leadership opportunity.

What You'll Do

Ensure the service consistently upholds the NSW Child Safe Standards and maintains a culture where children's safety and wellbeing are paramount.

Lead the daily operations of the service with confidence and care.

Inspire, mentor, and develop your team to achieve their best.

Take the lead on engaging, onboarding, and inducting new educators.

Manage rostering, budgets, and resources effectively.

Ensure compliance and uphold excellence in line with NQS.

Partner with families and the local community to build lasting relationships.

Work alongside our Area Manager and Educational Leader to deliver high-quality educational programs and maintain our Quality Improvement Plan.

As required, support our sister center which is located just around the corner

What We're Looking For

Outstanding ability to connect, inspire, and build lasting relationships with families, children, and colleagues.

Proven leadership experience in early childhood education (Director, AD, or similar).

Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and EYLF.

A collaborative leadership style and genuine passion for quality education.

Familiarity with Qikkids, Xplor, or Humanforce (advantageous but not essential).

What You'll Bring

ACECQA-approved Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education.

Current Working with Children Check, Food Safety, First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications.

Valid Child Protection Training.

Experience as a Nominated Supervisor (preferred).

A solid understanding of Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.
