We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our multidisciplinary team through transformational growth.

The successful candidate will drive the strategic direction and growth of our fundraising, philanthropy, and partnerships initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a dynamic fundraising strategy across major gifts, grants, planned giving, corporate partnerships, community engagement, and digital outreach.
  • Lead the development of a high-performing team and foster innovation, resilience, and a culture of excellence.
  • Cultivate and secure significant philanthropic contributions, working closely with senior stakeholders to build enduring relationships and deliver ambitious revenue targets.
About You

  • An outstanding senior fundraising leader with at least 10 years' experience leading teams and a proven ability to personally cultivate and secure significant philanthropic gifts.
  • Demonstrated success leading large, high-performing teams through change and transformation.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working closely with CEOs, Boards, and senior executives.
  • Commercial acumen and experience using financial modeling to forecast and deliver positive financial results.
  • Knowledge of the Australian philanthropic landscape, donor motivations, and stewardship best practice.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications; CFRE and FIA membership highly regarded.
