About the Role:

As Team Leader, your duties and responsibilities will include,

Manage and mentor a team of six, including two in-office Senior Accountants, three remote Senior Accountants, and one Junior Accountant.

Oversee client relationships, ensuring high-level service and maintaining strong, long-term partnerships.

Manage your own client portfolio, handling tax compliance, and advisory work.

Review and provide feedback on team members' work, offering technical support and guidance when needed.

Collaborate with the senior leadership team to improve processes, drive efficiencies, and contribute to the firm's overall growth.

About You:

6+ years' experience in Tax & Business Services

Strong leadership and mentoring skills

CA/CPA qualification (or working towards)

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to balance technical work and team leadership effectively
