At the forefront of tax strategy, we seek a seasoned professional to spearhead our Taxation & Transfer Pricing division.

A dynamic leader with a strong background in Corporate Tax, you will lead a team and drive taxation solutions that exceed client expectations. Your expertise in Australian taxation services will be instrumental in optimizing clients' tax strategies, ensuring compliance with tax laws & regulations, and minimizing their tax liabilities.

  • You will oversee the preparation and implementation of strategic tax advice, business plans and recommendations tailored to client requirements.
  • As a taxation consultancy expert, you will provide report writing, research and analysis to address client needs.
  • Your responsibilities will also include conducting in-depth reviews of complex tax returns (companies, trusts, partnerships, individuals, FBT, BAS) and transfer pricing documentation.
  • You will build and maintain client relationships to ensure exceptional customer experiences and high satisfaction levels.
  • Additionally, you will advocate for the firm and drive business development through networking, thought leadership and identifying cross-divisional client opportunities.
  • Lastly, you will review tax compliance, transfer pricing and advisory work prepared by junior staff and provide constructive feedback, as well as coaching and mentorship.
About You

We are looking for a tertiary-qualified and CA or CPA qualified accountant with a strong background in Corporate Tax. You should possess knowledge and experience in areas including income tax, capital gains tax, FBT, GST, Division 7A and transfer pricing.

A confident leader with proven experience in guiding teams, you will have excellent communication skills and be able to interpret and apply complex tax matters effectively.

Possessing proficiency in accounting software (such as Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks and Reckon) and Microsoft Office suite is essential. You will be solutions-focused, highly organized and capable of managing competing priorities while delivering exceptional service to clients.
