Job Description- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising roles and screening applications.
- Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Provide timely updates to candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Collaborate with team members to implement recruitment strategies tailored to the not-for-profit sector.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and relevant legislation.
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting deadlines.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Hourly rate of approximately AUD 35 to AUD 45, commensurate with experience.
- A supportive team environment in Indooroopilly.
