">Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Tertiary qualifications in business, management or leadership, or equivalent relevant experience
- A strong track record of executive leadership, including responsibility for staff, budgets and operational outcomes
- In-depth knowledge of local government legislation, governance and service delivery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
