Cpl Healthcare are seeking Speech Pathologists for our client in Australia. In this role, you will work with a diverse caseload, including children and adults, to assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualised treatment plans based on client needs.
  • Provide therapy to clients with speech and language difficulties, both in individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to support the client's communication goals.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records and reports.
  • Stay up to date with the latest research and best practices in speech pathology.
  • Participate in community outreach and education programs as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology.
  • Current registration or be eligible for Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
  • Relevant experience in assessing and treating a variety of speech and language disorders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel, if required.
