We are seeking passionate Graduate Speech Pathologists to join our industry-leading Graduate Program starting January 2026, with roles available in Hobart. You will be supported throughout your journey to develop your clinical expertise in NDIS and community settings.
As a Speechie in our team, you will help participants aged 6 to 65 across areas such as language, mealtimes, dysphagia, aphasia, and AAC.
Day-to-day you will:
- Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, including clients' homes, day centres, parks, and our clinic rooms.
- Collaborate with a committed multidisciplinary team to develop innovative solutions for your clients.
- Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.

Our program starts with a week of graduate-specific induction, including community practice, NDIS, and life at Better Rehab.
- Support: Colleagues and a buddy from last year's graduate cohort to guide you.
- Supervision: Discipline-specific 1:1 mentorship to help you transition into full-time work and support your clinical development.
- Ongoing Training: Six months of dedicated induction, training, and upskilling.
- Study Leave: Four paid days annually for study.
- Resources: Laptops, phones, and therapy resources available at all sites.

About You:
We seek Speechies passionate about supporting participants with disabilities, eager to improve and advocate for their clients' goals.
You will also hold:
- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology, graduating in 2025 or January 2026.
- A valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
- An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
